If you are not happy with your purchase, here is how returns and refunds work. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

14-day right to cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. To cancel, contact us with your order number and tell us you wish to cancel.

Returning goods

• Return the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
• Goods should be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Fuel must never be left in a burner that is returned.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or were not as described. Please get in touch before returning an item so we can arrange the return with our supplier.
• We may reduce a refund if goods have been used or handled beyond what is needed to check them.

Refunds

We will refund the price paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof of return), using the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your delivery and contact us as soon as possible, with photos, if anything is faulty, damaged or not as described. We will repair, replace or refund in line with your consumer rights.
