Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made on this website from [Business name], [registered address], [company number / VAT number] (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products and prices
All prices are in euro (€) and include Irish VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is included in the price of fireplaces; any delivery charge for other items is shown before you pay. We take care to describe products accurately, using the manufacturer’s information, but small differences in colour or finish may occur.
2. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, and will refund any payment already taken.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods shown. Orders are processed once payment is received.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only. Goods ship from our EU supplier; we will confirm dispatch and provide tracking. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on delivery and report damage promptly.
5. Right to cancel and returns
As a consumer buying at a distance you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law are not affected by these terms. If goods are faulty or not as described, contact us and we will remedy the problem in line with the law.
7. Safe use
Bioethanol fireplaces must be installed, fuelled and used in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and the safety guidance on this website. They are a supplementary heat source. You are responsible for using suitable fuel, adequate ventilation and safe clearances from flammable materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the goods you bought.
9. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Consumers also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
